quickly pulls out all the active ‘Listens’ in your Apache config files.
Didn’t ultimately explain the PORT binding issue I had this afternoon after rebooting a working system for the first time since setup 10 or 12 days ago, but handy nonetheless.
The port issue was resolved by removing the Listen (line 1) from this code, the complete contents of a certain software logger’s Apache
Listen 3333 <VirtualHost *:3333> ServerName logAPI.localhost DocumentRoot /var/www/logAPI/src ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/logAPI-error.log CustomLog /var/log/httpd/logAPI-access.log combined </VirtualHost>
I suspect it has to do with SELinux’s allowed
http ports. It’s working at the moment but when I don’t fully understand why, I get nervous. To investigate further…
